Set on a terraced 2500 square metre plot, the house itself has 250 square metres of living space with 5 bedrooms (4 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a TV room , dining room (seating 6-8), kitchen (seating 5), a laundry room and a storage room.
Outside, the swimming pool measures 10 metres by 5 metres (facing south west) with water features and seating area within. There are 8 lounge chairs around the pool. During the stay, the gardener (caretaker) calls 3 times a week to clean the pool and garden and a cleaning company visits every Saturday.
